Global Positioning Systems , a brief introduction

Satellites in orbit around the Earth, controlled by atomic clock precision, which comprise what is known as the Global Positioning System or GPS, are just one aspect of a vast interconnected array of technological advancements and cutting edge capabilities now coming within reach of the fingertips of the average consumer. At its inception, the twenty four satellites known as the Global Positioning System were under the direct control of the U.S. Government as a project which saw service in Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. This awesome new capability allowed ground troops to affectively, efficiently, and more importantly safely navigate the vast Deserts of Iraq; even when Saddam Hussein lit oil wells on fire, effectively taking away any hope of visual navigation. But beyond the battlefield, and with further Research, Development, and Deployment GPS has grown into, and promises to be one of the most useful technologies of our post-modern digital age.

  3. CLEARLY , if you had at all read my posts, I am talking about the Government of the United States, and potentially a global governance system which would have the ability under EXISTING LAW to snoop on everything and anything you do digitally with very very little or no oversight at all. and to what purpose? I ask? do I propose these thoughtful insights? to hear what you want to know about as if i am blogging at your beck and call??? I had something to say, and still do. I wonder if anyone else has the sand to question with boldness, speak with insight and without fear, and hold to the truth??? c'mon folks
